We may reference the existence of a client relationship in general terms (e.g., industry and engagement type) for portfolio purposes unless you request otherwise in writing.

AI Systems and Third-Party Tools

Our services may involve the use of third-party AI platforms, APIs, and software tools. These tools are subject to their own terms of service and privacy policies. We select tools based on reliability and security, but we do not control and are not responsible for the operations, availability, or policies of third-party providers.

AI systems are designed to assist business operations but are not infallible. All AI-generated outputs should be reviewed by qualified personnel before being used in consequential business decisions. We build human review checkpoints into our deployments, but the client is ultimately responsible for oversight of deployed systems.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, WebsitePromotion, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or related to our services. Our total liability for any claim related to an engagement shall not exceed the fees paid by the client for that specific engagement.
